  • Please do not copy, reproduce or use these images in any format without first obtaining permission from the artist.  Doing so is an infringement of the UK Copyright law and any infringement on these rights will be pursued.

  • The copyright for all original paintings remains with the artist/seller. The buyer is purchasing the original painting or a signed print, not the right to produce prints for publication.

  • If publication rights are required by a commercial buyer they must contact the artist by email.

All work can be purchased through either Paypal or Stripe.

Paypal payments:  You do not need to have an account with Paypal in order to pay with this service, you just need a bank or a credit card.  It is a safe and efficient way to pay for goods online and we do not need to obtain any personal or bank details from you when you purchase work from us using Paypal.  Please see their website for further information.

Stripe Payments: You do not need to create an account to pay via Stripe, you simply pay with your debit or credit card from these card merchants: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (US only).

Apple Pay is also accepted from customers checking out on a supported device.

Delivery of Goods:

Paper and mounted artwork is packaged in secure board-backed envelopes and framed artwork will be securely packaged in bubble wrap and corrugated card, to avoid any damage in transit.

Kate Brazier Artist mainly uses Royal Mail for delivery of her work. More information about individual post & packing can be found on the item listings.

For overseas customers, ‘Royal Mail Tracked’ and ‘Royal Mail Tracked and Signed’ is used to enable customers to track their order.

  • Overseas customers note: Any customs tax or duties to be paid are the responsibility of the customer and you must be aware of this when ordering.

  • Dispatch of your order will generally be within 1 - 5 working days.  Please allow for longer during busy times.

  • Receipts are always obtained as proof of postage when using Royal Mail.

  • Payments must have been made and cleared before any items are shipped.

  • Non delivery: If you do not receive your items within a reasonable time frame then you must let me know immediately. Non delivery is the responsibility of the retailer and I will do my best to help you solve the issue you’re experiencing if this is the case. Sometimes delivery personnel leave packages with a neighbour, in your designated safe space or return it to their depot if they are unable to deliver. Please make sure that you have checked all these options first. If a parcel has been recorded by the delivery company as being left in your selected safe space and it has gone missing, it is no longer the responsibility of the retailer.

    _________________________________

  • Stolen Items: If a delivery has been left in a place without your permission (eg: doorstep), and it has gone missing it is my duty as the retailer to refund, or replace and arrange redelivery of the item to you. If you think your package has been stolen regardless as to whether you gave permission for the delivery to be left there or not, you must also notify the police as this is a criminal offence.

    __________________________________

  • Late delivery: If you have ordered an item to be received by a specific time and it has not arrived you have the right to cancel your order and request a refund as long as you notified me that the order was required by a specific date.

    ___________________________________

  • Damaged Goods: If there is any noticeable damage to the packaging on arrival the buyer should refuse to accept the item.

  • If damage is discovered upon unwrapping the item, please contact me within 24 hours.

  • If your goods have been damaged in transit or en-route, then as the retailer it is my responsibility to make the situation right for you - whether that is by way of a replacement, repair or a refund.

  • You will need to provide details of the damage (please take photographs as proof). Please note: If your goods are delivered intact, and damage takes place after delivery (for example, if the parcel has been left with a neighbour or in a safe space, this is no longer classed as my responsibility and refunds or replacements will not be possible).
