VISITORS TO MY WEBSITE
When someone visits www.katebrazier.com I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This is for information purposes only, such as finding out the number of visitors to the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone. I do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting this website.
If I do wish to collect personally identifiable information through this webiste I will be up front and open about this, and I will make it clear when I am intending to collect personal information, and will explain what I am going to do with it.
CUSTOMERS
Should you wish to contact me through this website using my contact form then I will need some personal information from you in order to send you a reply - your name and your email address. I will use this information to correspond with you.
To make a purchase from me you will be directed to either Etsy (prints) of Folksy (for original artwork), I will need your details (ie: your address) so that I can post your artwork to you. Your details will also be shared with a third party such as courier companies or other postal services. This is to enable them to forward your order to you, and your details will not be used or stored in any other way once this has been achieved.
Your data will not be shared with any other individual, business or organisation.
Any purchase you make from me is processed through either the third party website, Paypal, or Stripe. For more information, please see the Paypal Privacy Notice and the Stripe privacy notice here.
I also keep a log of all orders received (for accountancy purposes) but only your name and what you have purchased is stored.
